What do we send to your insurance company/defence counsel?

Answer...

There is a stage of the legal process where we exchange documents with the insurance company/their defence counsel. We will send them copies of the documents we have requested/gathered and they will send us a copy of their claims file.

We offer a free initial consultation that can be arranged at a date and time of your choosing and at your convenience.
